The Development And Application Of Pre-applied Waterproofing Sheets In Utility Tunnel Waterproof Engineering

At present,with the country’s increasing attention to urban infrastructure,the importance of the development of the utility tunnel that can effectively use resources,save space and improve the city’s beauty,is gradually recognized by the government and the people.As a real livelihood project,the construction of the utility tunnel is built like most buildings,is also facing the problem of waterproof leakage.Once the water leakage occurs in the utility tunnel,it is usually more difficult to repair than in the roof and exterior walls,and even a safety accident may occur.Therefore,in order to promote the development of utility tunnel,it is necessary to select appropriate construction methods according to local conditions,to scientifically and rationally formulate waterproofing plans,and to use of high-performance materials,then to brings better experience and more scientific methods and concepts to the promotion of utility tunnel.Aiming at this problem,first of all,starting from the present situation of the utility tunnel at home and abroad,points out its problems in terms of waterproof,again according to the national policy,the direction to the development of utility tunnel,from safety,green environmental protection,low into nature,durability,such as Angle,put forward the suitable for utility tunnel waterproof construction scheme,and through the improvement on the performance of the material,with the experimental results show that: before paving coil with the powerful anti channeling water and caking property,are becoming the preferred material utility tunnel waterproof engineering use.Starting from the actual requirements of the utility tunnel engineering,this paper selects some key indexes of pre-applied waterproofing sheets,conducts key analysis and improvement,and formulates the performance characteristics of pre-applied waterproofing sheets suitable for utility tunnel engineering through experiments,and establishes the standard requirements.At the same time,combined with the requirements of the acceptance specifications of the pipe gallery project,the existing pipe gallery project survey results and the application of materials in the utility tunnel,to put forward the optimal scheme.Finally,according to the scheme,combined with the project example,the analysis show that the performance of the pre-rolled coil is improved,and the quality of the pipe gallery waterproof project is improved.Choosing suitable pre-rolled coil is very beneficial to the development of waterproofing construction of pipe gallery,and is an exploration of green development of future pipe gallery.
