Study On Measurement And Game Strategy Of The Transformation And Upgrading Of Yichang Port

With the development of the port and the pace of construction,the port density increases abruptly.China’s economy,especially the increasing demand for foreign trade,directly promote the growth of investment in China’s port construction,and provide impetus for the expansion of the port.In the current complex economic situation,curb excess capacity,reduce the waste of resources,promote the port structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading has become a top priority.After the transformation and development of domestic and foreign ports,it is worth noting that not all of the transformation is successful.The successful development of the port transformation includes many factors,such as the international trade condition,the regional condition,the natural condition of the port,the condition of the water transportation and the common development of the port and city.How to according to the characteristics of the development of port,combined with the current domestic and international situation,to promote our country port successful completion of transformation and upgrading,under the new situation,the new normal,ushered in another development has become the focus at this stage of China’s port industry attention.Based on the less present research of inland port and the more complex environment of inland port,and there are many contradictions.This paper selects Yichang port as the main research object,analysis the transformation and upgrading of Yichang port.First of all,analysis the resent situation and the macro and micro environment of Yichang port,according to its own characteristics of Yichang port,proposed to the six aspects of "Guidance on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the port" as the direction,through fine,merger and the corresponding cut,established the transformation and upgrading of the port index system,subdivision for the port service function,integrated transport hub port,port green,port information,port safety management and port economy expand,and 18 level index as a port transformation and upgrading of the main evaluation index.Secondly,by using group decision analytic hierarchy process method and factor analysis method,from angle of the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis,to measure the level of port transformation upgrading.Then providing a clear positioning and target for the upgrading and transformation of Yichang port,and supporting the upgrading and transformation of port from the outside to inside.Thirdly,based on serious homogenization competition on inland port,the coastal resources utilization unreasonable and fierce price competition and other issues,this chapter uses the game theory method,combined with Yichang port actual macro environment,using three stage dynamic game of complete information static game method.Through modeling,starting from the point of view of competition and cooperation,consider freeze,service level and resource utilization,analyzing and discussing the competing game between the two ports.Analyzing the external strategy of Yichang port.Thus to develop the strategy choice of port from the outside to the inside.Support the transformation and upgrading of Yichang port.Finally,according to the above research results,from the five aspects,port service function,comprehensive transportation hub port,port green,safety management of port and port information,proposing countermeasures and suggestions of Yichang port transformation and upgrading.
