Research On Optimization Of Internation Container Transportation Organization For WuHan-XinJiang-European Railway

As China's economic development enters into a new normal state and our country implements "One Belt and One Road","Yangtze River Economic Belt","Urban Agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta" and.etc major strategies,which provides significant opportunities for the economic and social development in central china areas,especially for Hubei province,thus puts forward new and higher requirements for transportation,container transportation in particular,the Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe railway's international container transportation generates naturally.Against this background,this paper tends to study the Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe railway's international container transportation organization optimization.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:In the first place,the status of international container transportation between Europe and Hubei,and its problems are analyzed.Secondly,the formation mechanism of international container between Europe and Hube is studied,whose generation factors are analyzed as well.Based on generation coefficient method,the Hubei-Europe international container traffic forecasting model is constructed and applied to predict the Hubei-Europe international container traffic from 2016 to 2020.Then after analyzing the factors affecting Hubei-Europe international container traffic sharing,the Hubei-Europe international container traffic sharing model on the basis of logit model is built and used to forecast the Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe railway's international container traffic railway share ratio in 2020,according to the forecast result,the container traffic in 2020 is obtained under different frequency conditions,these are the base for the organization optimization design.At last,the Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe railway's international container transportation organization program design principle and content are formulated,on the basis of forecasting results,alternative transportation organization program under different frequency conditions are devised and its evaluation system is built,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to assess and select alternative programs,the Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe railway's international container transportation organization program in 2020 is determined finally,and suggestions promoting the development of the Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe railway's international container transportation is proposed.This study provides a set of feasible theoretical model for railway container transportation organization optimization from a new standpoint,which enriched and improved the theory and method of railway container transportation organization optimization.In addition,this study provides supports for the operation of Wuhan-Xinjiang-Europe trains,which will promote the economic exchanges between Hubei province and Europe,enhance Hubei province's active integration with "One Belt and One Road","Yangtze River Economic Belt"," Urban Agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta" and.etc major strategies in our country.Meanwhile,which will also provide reference for other countries to operate China-Europe trains,its theoretical and practical significance is considerable.
