Study On Transportation Organization Of China-Europe(Central Asia) Container Block Trains

The emergence and development of containerized transport has brought new changes in the freight transportation, its advantages have been recognized throughout the world. Comparing China's railway container transport with foreign countries, there is still wide gap. In the face of the problems and current trends in the Sino-European container transportation, it is necessary to improve the transportation conditions and accelerate the development of railway container transportation system. Railway container transport enterprise is important in a transportation system, having strong economic benefits it directly affects the long-term development of the railways. At present, the container transport market is highly competitive, and the railway should improve the market competitiveness of container transportation. The thesis is based on theoretical research and makes an in-depth study on the China-Europe container block trains transportation organization, mainly referencing to the results of previous studies, using the systematic point of view, transportation organization, optimization theory, systems science and other disciplines related to the study.In order to promote the rapid development of China-EU block trains, to create fast,safe and stable China-EU international logistics brand which protects environment, to improve the competitiveness of China-Europe block trains, on the basis of expounding the present situation, the development situation and the characteristics of the development of China-Europe block trains, the factors affecting the development of transport infrastructure and supporting services, trade demand, comprehensive transportation costs and delivery time limit analysis, there were proposed recommendations for Sino-European railway transportation development to improve the international trade channel,strengthen the logistics hub facilities, increase the integration of resources, innovative transport service capabilities, establish and improve the price mechanism, build information service platform to promote the convenience of large customs clearance.
