| Pile ship is an important construction equipment for marine and port infrastructure construction.As the piling ship installed power is too heavy,the level of intelligent controlling and the efficiency of energy using is very poor,so it has very important significance to develop system’s energy saving function by studying the piling ship power matching technology.Based on piling ship power matching loss situation,this thesis mainly study energy saving and matching between the piling ship power system and the working load,using the method of fuzzy control to design the energy-saving controller.The main researches in the thesis are as follows:1)Based on the research and analysis of the current situation of the domestic and international piling ship energy saving,it proved that the power loss in the piling ship occurs mainly between diesel engine,hydraulic pump and load.2)Considering that the research piling ship technical performance parameters,it formulated working process and timing load characteristics in the piling ship cycle,and used three diesel engine for driving pump directly,also completed the energy saving research and principle diagram design for hydraulic system.3)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the diesel engine and the hydraulic pump,it has put forward three steps for power matching.Step one,using the PLC to control the input of the working diesel engine,and realize the matching of the diesel engine input quantities and the load power.Step two,adjusting diesel engine’s output power to the change of the pressure that were filtered,and make the engine working in the vicinity of the economic work curve,realize the matching of the diesel engine and the load.Step three,combined with the principle of constant power control pump,adjusting the displacement of the pump meet to the speed variation of the diesel engine,and maintained a constant output speed of diesel engine,completed the power matching between the pump and the diesel engine.4)The mathematical model of diesel engine,variable pump and throttle actuator are built.As for the complexity and variability in the piling working,the system has the disadvantages of large control lag,high nonlinear and difficult to build mathematical model.It adopted fuzzy controller to improve the control performance of the system.5)The throttle fuzzy controller and the fuzzy PID controller are designed in the Matlab/Fuzzy window,both of which are used in the throttle control and the displacement control of variable displacement pump.And designed the diesel engine throttle control system and variable displacement pump displacement control system in detail in the environment of Matlab / Simulink,according to the simulation analysis of the dynamic performance parameters,it shows that the fuzzy controller can achieve the control requirements.6)Compared intelligent power match piling ship with ordinary piling ship by analysising and calculating the energy-saving,it draws a conclusion that the intelligent power matching technology of pile driving boat has significant energy-saving function.The power intelligent matching scheme proposed in this thesis can solve the problem of high energy consumption,high material consumption,high fuel consumption and so on.It has an important guiding value to the practical engineering application. |
