| Being the main energy source in the modern livelihood and industry produce,the electric power was used widely because of its characteristics such as economic and convenient delivering and its convient control,regulation and measuring,etc.So the substation that electrical energy is passed for transmission,distribution,transformation or conversion becomes an important part of the factory.The different power customers have the different demands to the substation.So the design of substation is based on the demands of power customer.In this paper,the retrofit design of electric power system to No.2 main transformer in Xingan Tuquan 220 kV transformer substation was studied according to the basic rules,utilizing the basic requirement,starting from the actual conditions of engineering,for some specific content involved in the substation design.It has carried on the electrical design of first-order system to transformer substation firstly according to the technical data of the transformer substation reconstruction,respectively,the main wiring design,short-circuit current calculation and load calculation,etc.,for the subsequent research of reactive power compensation and the equipment selection ready preparatory work.Then the retrofit design of the Xingan Tuquan,220 kv substation reactive power compensation.Through to the actual system capacity calculation,determine the capacitive reactive power compensation method to compensate reactive power loss is given priority to,the main transformer and appropriate compensation part line reactive power loss.Compensation capacity according to the main transformer capacity 10% ~ 25% of the configuration,and meet 220 kV main transformer,the maximum load,high side power factor not less than 0.95.Next,in a system of high voltage electrical equipment selection,the selected equipment in accordance with the normal work of the current,voltage and use requirement for selection,and has carried on the check.Finally,Thesis from the design of the main transformer protection,bus protection of system design,lightning protection design for the relay protection design,making the whole substation design a system to be more perfect.By the above design,it can basically satisfy the electric customers with their demands.And it achieves the goal of practical application at the same time. |
