The point-line meshing gear is a new type of gear transmission,there is a line contact and a point contact in the meshing process.It has the characteristics of simple processing and manufacturing,large bearing capacity,low vibration noise,good running-in performance and long service life.The promotion and application prospects of the point-line meshed gear transmission are promising.However,as the load and speed increase,tooth surface elastic deformation and thermal deformation increase,coupled with the influence of manufacturing errors and installation errors,the meshing performance of gears is bound to deteriorate.Gear modification technology has a significant effect on improving transmission performance,Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the point-line meshing gear modification and meshing characteristics.This article takes the point-line meshing gear as the research object,from the tooth surface mathematical model and simulation,tooth surface modification,shape contact analysis of the tooth surface,meshing simulation and other aspects of the study.Based on the exhibition processing method,design the basic tooth profile of the gear mesh of the point-line meshing gear and derive the tool tooth surface equation.From the developmental movement relationship,the meshing equations and the spatial coordinate transformation matrix are derived.Then establish the mathematical model of the point-line meshing gear tooth surface.The programming of the tooth surface is simulated visually.According to the principle of gear modification,the purpose,type and method of tooth surface modification are summarized.The establishment of the paraboloid profile of the tooth-line meshing gear profile and the mathematical model of the equal-radius arc modification of the tooth profile.Programming to achieve three kinds of modified tooth surface simulation visualization.
