Research On The Construction Of Tourism Characteristic Towns In Lincheng County Of Hebei Province

The characteristic town is an important platform for China’s socio-economic development in the new period.It has become a pilot zone for economic transformation and is bound to become one of the main battlefields for the strategy of rural vitalization as well.The construction of characteristic towns is also an inevitable requirement to solve the problems faced by Lincheng County in the process of economic development and urbanization.Based on the concept of characteristic town and related theory research,the purpose of this paper is as follows: through the analysis of the case about the present characteristic town and the present situation in Lincheng County of Hebei Province,the index evaluation system of the selection of the characteristic town is made to determine the suitable area for the construction of the characteristic town,and then make in-depth measures to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the industry,the excavation of cultural resources,and the building of tourism brands.At the same time,it can also sum up experience and provide ideas for other areas to explore the construction of characteristic towns.This paper mainly adopts the methods of data analysis,investigation and research,general induction and case study.First of all,through reading a large amount of literature,collecting analytical data,sorting out the relevant concept descriptions and theoretical studies of the characteristic towns and identifying the research objects;then by analysing the classic case studies of the characteristic towns,summarizing the experiences through the construction process;and then visiting and collecting the data through field investigation and collecting the research object;in the end,combining the current situation of the research object and the experience gained from the case analysis,an index evaluation system for the characteristic towns was formulated,and the site for selecting characteristic town of Lincheng County of Hebei Province was determined through the index evaluation system selected by the characteristic towns.It conducts a detailed study about the planning and construction of the characteristics towns.Through data analysis,investigation and research,the following results can be drawn as follows: during the planning and theoretical study of characteristic towns,the three provinces of Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Shandong achieved great results within a relativelyfast speed,while Hebei Province begin the theoretical research about characteristics towns in a rather late start.The late start of the area,especially in the case of Lincheng County,which is located in the mountainous area and the economic development is more backward than the geographical development of the characteristics of the town’s case and experience is even less.Therefore,areas like Lincheng County of Hebei Province lack scientific planning and reasonable guidance about building characteristic towns.During the construction of the characteristic town,the focus of the research on the construction of the characteristic town in Lincheng County of Hebei province is to combine case studies,status analysis,and theoretical research to formulate an index evaluation system for characteristic towns and determine the location of characteristic towns.Combining the current situation of site selection,it is necessary to achieve seven aspects including establish a rigorous site selection,characteristic mining,reasonable positioning,long-term planning,ecological protection,policy escort,and strengthening management in the construction of characteristic towns.Finally,through theoretical research and case analysis,we explored a suitable path for the construction of a distinctive town in relatively backward areas,providing ideas for the development of characteristic towns in other areas with similar conditions.
