Research On Reliability Test Of GY08YA Centralized Lubrication System For Wind Turbine

The wind-driven generator is a device that converting wind energy into electrical energy,which plays an important role in preventing environmental pollution,changing energy structure and developing new energy sources.The centralized lubrication system provides a good working environment and reliable guarantee for the normal operation of all wind-driven generator parts.In practical application,due to the instability and the low reliability of the centralized lubrication system,a large proportion of failures happen.Therefore,for wind-driven generator,the reliability test of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system has important significance for improving the reliability of centralized lubrication system.In this paper,the reliability of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system is studied from following aspects:Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of working principle for the centralized lubrication system were analyzed in this paper.The failure modes of common faults for the centralized lubrication system were studied further.Besides,the factors that caused GY08 YA centralized lubrication system failure in practical application are analyzed.It has a great significance to develop the reliability test scheme and identify fault modes for GY08 YA centralized lubrication system in reliability test.Secondly,the fault tree analysis of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system was carried out.In addition,the fault tree of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system was established yet.And the qualitative analysis of the system was carried out to find the weak link of centralized lubrication system.At the same time,to verify the correctness of the fault tree analysis,the weak link would be analyzed with the fault in the actual application.Thirdly,the reliability test of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system was carried out.The reliability test scheme for GY08 YA centralized lubrication system was established.The reliability indexes including failure reason,failure time and maintenance time are investigated in detail.The reliability of the key parts and important units of the central lubricating system are obtained by the reliability test.Meanwhile,the reliability of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system is finally obtained.Finally,the important factors of influence test are analyzed based on the reliability test of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system.In order to improve the reliability of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system,a targeted solution is proposed during reliability test.To determine the accuracy of GY08 YA centralized lubrication system reliability test,the results of reliability test are mutually verified with fault tree analysis,as well as the practical application.
