In recent years,the investment in the construction of wind power stations has been increasing in China,and nowadays it has become the development trend of solving the energy crisis.At the same time,with the rapid development of wind power generation,people's requirements for reliable operation of wind power generation systems have also become higher and higher,meanwhile the problems of reliable operation have become increasingly prominent.However,the reliable operation of the centralized lubrication system is the primary prerequisite for the normal operation of all parts of the wind turbine.Therefore,through in-depth research on the reliability of the centralized lubrication system,the reliability of the entire wind power generation system can be improved and the loss can be reduced,which has certain reference significance in practical engineering.At present,a lot of work has been done on reliability research at home and abroad,but in the face of problems related to gray reliability with small samples,poor information,certain ambiguity,and uncertainty,there is still no very satisfactory solution.In this paper,the centralized lubrication system and the subsystem are regarded as a gray system respectively,and the uncertain reliability problems related to them are studied.The detailed contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The grey prediction of the centralized lubrication system.Use the gray prediction model to predict the fault change trend.Through the application of wear examples,the results show that the results obtained by this model are in line with that of actual situation,and the model can predict the amount of wear well.Prior to failure caused by wear,corresponding measures can be taken and the number of failures can be reduced,which improves the reliability of the centralized lubrication system and the entire wind power generation system.(2)The gray correlation analysis of the centralized lubrication system.The traditional fault tree analysis method is used to establish the fault tree of the lubrication system.At the same time,the gray correlation analysis method is used to make up for the shortcomings of this analysis method.The gray correlation analysis of the centralized lubrication system can obtain more credible results by the combination of these two methods where not only do we get all the small cut sets of the centralized lubrication system,but also find the relatively weak and relatively related links in the centralized lubrication system.(3)The clustering evaluation of the reliability of the centralized lubrication system.According to the failure characteristics of the centralized lubrication system,three major reliability factors of average failure interval,equivalent failure rate,and average first failure are selected for the research.In order to realize a comprehensive reliability analysis,calculating the index weights,determining the extension interval and constructing the evaluation matrix are implemented on these three factors respectively.Meanwhile,the clustering evaluation with the whitening weight function is performed on these three major factors.Through analysis,the reliability evaluation level of the centralized lubrication system studied in this paper is 0.6697,which is at a relatively high level according to the relevant evaluation principles.(4)The description of faults and improvement measures for reliability improvement during the test research of the system.Firstly,it summarizes the common faults of the lubrication system,analyzes the causes and addresses the faults.Secondly,it describes the faults in this study and proposes improvement measures.Finally,some methods and measures are proposed to improve the reliability of the lubrication system.The comparison between the actual test and the gray theory analysis results shows the feasibility and superiority of this method in the application of centralized lubrication system,which provides a reliable basis for the future research on the system reliability analysis.
