In shipbuilding,the process of subblock construction accounts for more than one third of the construction process of the whole ship,which is of great importance to the efficiency of shipbuilding.According to the geometrical shape,the hull blocks are divided into plane blocks and curved blocks.Due to the large quantity of production and the high similarity,the advanced shipyard adopts the production plane block of the assembly line.However,the curved block specificity is large,and most of them still adopt the non-assembly line way of the bed-jig.The production of curved block of domestic ship enterprise still adopts the traditional technology production mode,and the production efficiency is low.Therefore,it is found in the analysis of the construction of curved block and it is of great significance to improve the efficiency of ship construction by the study on group technology of curved block of ship manufacturing.In this paper,we study on group technology of curved block of ship manufacturing.The research contents are as follows:(1)The basic principle of group technology and the main meaning of intermediate products are analyzed.The structure of curved block and its manufacturing process characteristics are analyzed,combining with the similarity principle in group technology will curved blocks classified as single shell curved block,double shell curved block and three-dimensional block.(2)On the basis of classification of typical curved block,DAP technology was used to study the structure decomposition of various curved block.(3)Application of group technology and ART-2 neural network model and of the intermediate products at all levels of curved block(parts,sub assembly and unit assembly)are classified in groups,to build a separation building process of intermediate products at all levels.Then,based on the in-depth analysis of the curved block manufacturing process,the paper constructs a group manufacturing mode and gives the overall layout plan.(4)On the basis of the curved block grouping manufacturing mode,a curved block virtual pipeline organization mode is constructed.Then,based on the production tempo of the balance and optimization problem was further discussed,in order to improve the production efficiency of the curved block wend manufacturing.This paper also discusses the feasibility of applying RFID technology to the information acquisition in curved block manufacturing,and puts forward the preliminary implementation plan.At last,the operation effect of the application in a shipyard curved block is analyzed.
