| MES is an executive layer between the workshop plan layer and the field equipment layer.The processing object is the manufacturing process of the workshop.MES provides all the manufacturing information data involved in ordering from the issued order to the end of the product processing,and uses these timely and accurate information to guide and feedback the various tasks of the shop.It can immediately respond to any production disturbances of the workshop and make feedback decision.Eventually,it can effectively improve the efficiency of business operations.However,there has been a major problem in the informatization construction of machine shop for a long time,that is,the contradiction between the large-scale production of workshop management software and the personalized requirements of the user’s workshop,as well as the contradiction between the continuous development and changes in the workshop.The escalation of MES customization and the escalating MES business environment have brought difficulties to its successful implementation and continued stable operation.This paper takes a discrete manufacturing machine shop as the research object,proposes a configurable software platform structure,and then applies configurability to the workshop MES system and develops it.Firstly,the production characteristics and MES application status of the discrete manufacturing machine shop are analyzed.The problems in the data structure and business process of the MES implementation process are summarized.The overall framework of the discrete manufacturing machine shop MES with the configuration layer structure is proposed(Including the client,system interaction layer,business function layer,configuration layer,data layer and base class library layer),and studied the operating mode of the MES in the discrete manufacturing machine shop.Then,a configurable software platform structure is proposed,focusing on the framework of the configurable platform,and the main contents and implementation methods are described;then the configurable software platform structure is applied to the MES of the discrete manufacturing machine shop.In the paper,the configurable framework(including business logic layer,MES business component layer,middle platform layer,XML mapping document,and database layer)and configurability of discrete manufacturing machine workshop MES configurable framework were proposed(designed the system structure,process model,object model);researches and analyzes the configurable key technologies of MES in data structure and business process,focuses on the configuration methods of entities and attributes in data structure,and designed a configurable workflow model for business processes.Finally,this article has developed a configurable MES for machining shops.The objectives and requirements of the configurable MES in the machining shop were analyzed,the main operation flow and functional structure of the workshop MES were designed,the development tools and development techniques were analyzed and selected,and the specific development was performed using the tool module in the MES as an example.The developed configurable MES was implemented and applied in the workshop,which solved the MES development efficiency and system instability caused by the MES upgrade. |
