| With the rapid development of education and the increase of the enrollment scale,colleges and universities in modern society have greatly increased from quantity,scale and number.The number and density of personnel in teaching buildings are increasing day by day.Once the fire happens,large number of people will injured because of they cannot evacuate in time.Therefore,it is important to carry out fire safety assessment for crowded places.At present,the fire safety evaluation in China is based on variety of building design standards,personnel factors was not considered in fire safety evaluation.For example,although most of teaching buildings fire safety design conforms to specifications,there still have unnecessary casualty because the number of personnel exceeds the emergency evacuation capacity.The existing fire safety evaluation system has been unable to meet the demand.On the basis of fully studying the characteristics of fire and evacuation in college teaching buildings,the existing fire safety evaluation system has been improved in order to improve the accuracy,this study carried out as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics of fire safety in the college teaching buildings,studies the influencing factors of fire safety in college teaching buildings,focuses on the factors affecting the evacuation of personnel,and discusses the influence of the evacuation of people on fire protection.(2)The characteristics of the existing fire safety evaluation system are analyzed with examples,and the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system in the fire safety evaluation of the personnel intensive places are analyzed in combination with the characteristics of the fire in the crowded places and the evacuation characteristics of the personnel in the crowded places.On this basis,a fire safety evaluation system based on evacuation performance analysis is constructed.The weight coefficient of each evaluation index is calculated by AHP.(3)Taking a teaching building as an example,the evacuation model is built on Pathfinder simulation platform.The influence of the number of personnel and crowd composition on evacuation results is analyzed through the model.The total score is calculated by expert scoring method,and the fire safety situation of teaching building is evaluated.This research can be applied to the firefighting work in the college teaching buildings.It is helpful to control fire,reduce fire loss and ensure the safety of personnel,guide the management of fire safety and ensure safe operation in large public places. |
