| With the process of urbanization advancing,the urban population is gathering continuously,the traffic demand caused by the production and living of urban population continues to increase,and the urban traffic problem is becoming more and more serious,which has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of the city.Rapid rail transit has become one of the fast ways to improve traffic supply and alleviate urban traffic problems in large cities.However,raising construction funds and maintaining operating profits are two major problems in the sustainable development of rail transit.In order to promote the sustainable development of rail transit construction,it is necessary to form a good cooperative relationship between rail transit and land use along the line.The main area of interaction between urban rail transit and land use is rail station area.In recent years,the development of most urban rail transit stations in China is guided by TOD planning theory.But the TOD planning theory was put forward by Karl Thorpe to stop the spread of low-density cities in the United States,and many big cities are now in a state of high-density development.The development along the rail transit lines of big cities in China should not emphasize one-sidedly improving the development intensity near the stations,but should appropriately strengthen the land development intensity near the stations within the carrying capacity of the transportation facilities.Pay attention to the coordination of land function development and transportation system carrying capacity.Therefore,judging the development of traffic and land use coordination in the station area can provide the basis for planning and decision making.In view of traffic and land use development measurement methods,mainly through urban panel data,from the overall level to measure the synergy,The node-place model put forward by Bertolini,starting with the coordination of site function and node function,The microscopic perspective measures the synergy between traffic and land use in a single site area,which can provide a basis for planning decisions for different sites with different coordination conditions.This paper focuses on the basic point of view that the traffic and land use need coordination in the station area,and carries on the literature summary research from four aspects: the interaction relationship between rail transit and land use,the concept of cooperative development,the evaluation of cooperative performance,and the application of synergy.It was found that most of the predecessors studied the rail transit and urban areas,and paid little attention to the synergy of rail stations.Therefore,this paper explores the concept and connotation of traffic and land use synergy between station area and land use,discriminates the standard and measures,and makes an empirical study on the railway station area of Chongqing rail transit line 3.The main conclusions are drawn from the coordination state,development level and development path of synergy.(1)Land function agglomeration and traffic system support do not match,restricting the coordinated development of traffic and land use in the site area.(2)The characteristics of site land use and the level of cooperative development are basically in line with each other.○3 The synergetic level of rail transit line 3 station area is highly related to the completion time.The earlier the completion time is,the higher the synergy level is,and the development path of synergy in rail transit line 3 station area is relatively determined.Adopt the development mode of land function clustering priority.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for optimization of cooperative characters in Chongqing rail transit line 3 station area.(1)Adjust the support degree of traffic system in the station area,and guide the station area to return to the equilibrium state when the cooperation is out of balance.(2)According to the type of site area,orderly guide collaborative development level.(3)To strengthen the interaction between traffic and land use,and realize the integrated development of traffic and land use.Through the above optimization suggestions,we hope to continuously promote the coordinated development of traffic and land use in Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3.The contents of the research can be divided into the following four parts:The first part(Chapter 1): put forward questions.clarifies the research background,significance and related concepts of the thesis,combs the existing research on the synergy between rail transit and land use,and constructs the research framework of this paper.The research method is put forward,which provides the foundation for the later writing.The second part(Chapter 2,3,4):analysis questions.Based on analyzing the impact of rail transit on land use,the rail station area traffic and land use coordination concept and connotation.Then in the city traffic and land use based on the interaction theory,proposed site area transportation and land use coordination judgment method the function of land site area accumulation and coordinated traffic system support,and with the help of node-place model,build collaborative evaluation system.The third part(Chapter 5,6): an empirical study.The theoretical framework of site traffic and land use coordination established above is applied to the analysis of regional synergy of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3.Three aspects of development level and development path are concluded,and suggestions for optimization of cooperative behavior in rail transit line 3 are put forward.The fourth part(Chapter 7):paper summary.Summarizes the main conclusions,innovations and shortcomings of this paper. |
