| China is currently rapidly entering the age of aging.Therefore,the daily life,outdoor activities and living space of the elderly have attracted social attention and become the focus and hot issue.The country’s aging problem is related to China’s social development and national stability,and it is also a project that the country urgently needs to improve.At the same time,the urban renewal and change process in our country is too fast,and the various outdoor elements of the old community outdoor space can no longer meet the activity needs of the elderly living long-term,which also affects the physical and mental health of the elderly.Sexually updated design has become a top priority.This study firstly analyzed and summarized the basic characteristics and needs of the elderly,outdoor activity behavior characteristics,outdoor space characteristics of the old community,updated method theory and cases,and summarized the space requirements of the old community outdoor activities.Secondly,on this basis,put forward the design principles and strategies of the old community outdoor space adaptability update,based on improving the safety and health of the community environment,the organic update suitable for the space texture,optimizing the functional compound of the existing space,and respecting the neighborhood interaction of community life The principles of safe,interactive community renewal,livable and inclusive space renewal,multi-functional facility renewal,and healing landscape renewal design strategies and points are proposed.Finally,combined with a case study,the status quo of the outdoor space in the old community of the textile city is analyzed,so that the outdoor space of Sanmian community is updated and researched.This article focuses on the research on the old-fashioned outdoor space adaptability design of the old community,builds an old community environment suitable for the elderly,improves the quality of life of the elderly,and actively responds to aging.It also has practical significance for the sustainable development of cities with the same problems. |
