Experiences Of German Old Industrial Building Reconstruction

In the industrial period,the city was dominated by industrial buildings,and the industrial buildings occupied the core of the whole city.With the adjustment of industrial structure,the production of social industries shifted from labor-intensive to knowledge-based industries characterized by information technology.The tertiary industry gradually replaced the second Industry,there has been a "reverse industrialization" trend.As a result,many industrial buildings have lost their original functions and gradually withdraw from the stage of history.However,the life cycle of most industrial buildings is far from over.The large amount of used and abandoned factories idle in the cities occupy considerable urban mass,However,after losing their functions,these old factories have a negative impact on the overall structural adjustment of the city,the improvement of the quality of the space environment and the improvement of municipal facilities.Therefore,the improvement of the environment of these idle places in the city and the remodeling of old industrial buildings are very meaningful ways of urban development.Germany is an industrial powerhouse in western countries,and the industrial reconstruction began earlier than that in China.There are many places in Germany where old industrial buildings can be renovated.By analyzing the relevant theories and practical cases of German old industrial building renovation,this paper studies the effective practice of many aspects of old industrial construction in terms of the development positioning of old industrial buildings,park planning,spatial transformation,technical realization and construction experience.The author will study in Germany,I can analyze Germany's outstanding examples of industrial buildingrenovation and analyze the reform mode and methods of reform of old industrial buildings in Germany in the hope of providing some experience for the renovation of old industrial buildings in China.
