In recent years,with the continued decline of increasing rate of China construction industry total output value,construction companies have entered a period of low-speed expansion,and their profit rate is not optimistic.As far as cost control is concerned,the explicit cost control for construction projects is relatively sound,and hidden cost is often overlooked by companies because of their hidden and difficult to quantify.Therefore,the study of effective control methods for hidden cost has significant value.After investigation,it was found that the problems such as low visibility and extensive construction resource management methods during project construction will seriously affect the hidden cost.Human,material,and machine as three major production factors of construction resources will play a critical role in the control of hidden cost.This article takes this as a starting point to study the hidden cost control method for construction resources based on BIM and GA.First of all,through combing the description of the cost of construction resources,the concept of hidden cost of construction resources for construction projects is defined,and through the fishbone diagram method,the influencing factors and constitutional systems of hidden cost of construction resources are analyzed objectively,using factor analysis methods to analyze the hidden cost control elements of construction resources and their mutual relations,and hidden cost control factor system for construction resources was established.Secondly,complete the hidden cost control of construction resources based on BIM and GA.Can used to provide data information support for the hidden cost control of construction resources,and used to balance the construction resources and.The construction of the model realizes the effective control of the hidden cost of construction resources.Finally,through the example application,the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified,and a scientific and reasonable countermeasure for the hidden cost control of construction resources is proposed.The research results show that the effective control of the hidden cost of construction resources for construction projects can not only help the construction enterprises realize the refined and dynamic management of construction resources,reduce the “effective funnel” effect,but also understand the deep hidden cost of corporate managers.Accurately identifying and objectively estimating hidden cost provides a methodological reference.Researching and constructing the hidden cost control model for construction resources not only enriches the research system of hidden cost for construction projects,but also provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to rationally allocate construction resources and maximize the benefits of construction resources,and increasing the degree of informatization in the construction industry.
