Urban Space Renovation Based On Cultural Planning Example Of Xiqing Section Of Tianjin Canal

This thesis is inspired by the actual project that the author participated in during the internship in the tutor studio.Among the projects,in the face of various urban construction problems,how to create unique urban space carriers while solving these problems has always been the subject of the author's thinking.At the same time,combined with the development of the current academic background,on the one hand,the development and transformation of the urban space renovation theory,on the other hand,the deepening of the connotation of the architectural discipline.Combining these two factors,the author tries to explore the steps of urban space renewal through the architect's perspective.The paper extracts valuable theoretical viewpoints through reading the abundant literature data in the previous period.Afterwards,the methods and steps are further obtained through combing these theoretical viewpoints.Finally,the rationality of the method steps is demonstrated through actual case study and analysis.In the theoretic level of the thesis research,the author attempts to discuss the inevitability and rationality of cultural planning to urban space renewal through three levels of discussion,namely the relevance of architects' urban space renewal,the transformation of architectural design ideas,and the dilemma of urban space renewal..After that,it explored the six major steps of cultural planning at the theoretical level.At the same time,the three core steps were specifically summarized in the six steps.First,the core culture was used as a planning platform,and the second was based on a cultural platform to derive relevant industries.The format,in the end,generates unique spatial forms based on industry and business conditions.After summarizing and summarizing the steps of cultural planning,through the investigation and analysis of a number of actual cases,to sum up the concrete embodiment of the core steps of cultural planning in the actual project,and then come to the rationality of the cultural planning operation steps.Finally,I went back to the practical project and applied the method steps summarized in the project.I explored the cultural resources of the Tianjin local culture and the canal and combed it to form a cultural platform with development value.On top of its cultural platform,it combined with the OCT.The advantageous industries and the existing tourism industry in Xiqing District will form the unique cultural and tourism industry structure;and on the basis of the industrial structure,it will form the results of urban space upgrading in the Xiqing District of the South Canal.Through these specific methods to guide the urban space renewal along the river along the Xiqing section of the Tianjin South Canal,it is also a concrete description of cultural planning applied to practical projects,explaining how cultural planning is applied step by step to the project,and ultimately Form the planning results and prove the actual application value and logic of cultural planning method steps.
