In China's total energy consumption,the proportion of building energy consumption in total energy consumption is increasing.The building energy consumption has gradually increased,and become China's three largest energy-consuming consumers with industrial energy consumption and transportation energy consumption.According to the study of the Ministry of Construction's Ministry of Science and Technology,with the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's quality of life,the proportion of energy consumption in buildings in China has increased year by year,and building energy consumption has become the soft underbelly of China's economic development.China is in a period of high construction.The area of houses built each year is as large as 1.6 billion to 2 billion square meters,which exceeds the sum of the built-up building areas of all developed countries,and 97% of them are high-energy buildings.Therefore,focusing on building energy efficiency will directly ease the national energy crisis.This article selects several typical buildings in Beijing as the research object,establishes the physics and mathematics model,uses the relevant simulation method to carry on the research to the building energy consumption,obtains the corresponding building energy consumption forecasting model.The model can predict the total energy consumption of several different types of buildings in the planning stage of urban areas,providing a certain reference for the pre-analysis of the total energy consumption of buildings in urban areas,the total control of building energy consumption,and the planning of urban energy conservation.The thesis firstly outlines the origin and development of building energy consumption research,and compares the domestic and international building energy consumption evaluation index system.Secondly,energy consumption simulation software eQUEST was used as the main research tool to simulate the energy consumption level of the typical building model including large-scale office buildings,small and medium-sized office buildings,high-rise office buildings,shopping mall buildings,hotel buildings,residential buildings,six types of construction.Thirdly,analyze and select the impact factors of building energy consumption,determine the corresponding energy impact factors of different buildings,and select 3 levels for each impact factor.Then,design corresponding orthogonal tables according to the number of energy consumption factors of different building types,using SPSS-Statistical Product and Service Solution software for orthogonal test and data regression analysis,the linear fitting equation of building energy consumption with respect to significant influence factors was finally obtained.This paper focuses on the impact factors of building energy consumption: building orientation,parameters of the building envelope,interior design parameters,new air volume indicators and indoor personnel parameters,lighting and electrical equipment parameters,air conditioning systems and heating boiler parameters.Using the prediction formulas of different building energy consumption obtained from the study,predictive calculate the building energy consumption under the given relevant design types of buildings and window wall area ratio,shading coefficient,interior design temperature,boiler efficiency,lighting power density,equipment power density and other major design parameters.It provides a convenient energy consumption calculation and energy saving design method for building energy conservation.
