| The object of this paper is the progress control management of distribution project automation project.Design project is a knowledge-intensive enterprises,the design project is a highly intelligent service,the project members are professional and technical personnel,the project results for the results of intellectual labor,project resources to manpower,decided to project design progress control management has its special Sex.The traditional key path method only considers the technical factors on the one hand,while ignoring the human behavior factors,on the one hand only concerned about the process,while ignoring the project as a whole existence,resulting in longer duration,ahead of time to complete the process of the remaining time Waste and other issues.In this paper,the key chain project management technology theory research,combined with the distribution network design project schedule management issues to solve the existing problems as the goal of building a key chain based on the management model.In this paper,we first work on the design task(WBS),through the Delphi method to calculate the duration,and identify the key chain,and then calculate the buffer,set up and set the project buffer,input buffer and resource buffer of the three buffer,and An alarm interval is set in the buffer.Managers manage the progress of the project by monitoring the buffer.The key chain management model constructed in this paper is used in the automation engineering design project of the distribution network of L power supply,and the feasibility and advantages of the model and the part to be improved are verified by comparison with the previous design projects.This article summarizes evaluative,reproducible experiences and methods that provide valuable advice for similar project progress management. |
