In recent years,the urbanization has developed rapidly and the urban architecture has become more and more intensive and high.Therefore,the demand for fire rescue of high-rise buildings increased.But the traditional fire engines can't handle the fire of high-rise buildings effectively,and the ladder fire engine can meet this need,it is a kind of fire engine equipped with telescopic ladder,turntable,working platform and a fire-extinguishing apparatus,which can be used to rescue people,materials or other aspects of the operation,it plays an increasingly important role in urban fire fighting.The ladder structure is the most important structure of ladder fire engine.It must ensure that the ladder has sufficient rigidity and strength at work.The research object of this paper is the LFE32 ladder fire engine,and the research tool is the finite element analysis software ANSYS.First,the constraints and loads are applied according to the actual conditions,and complete static analysis after establishing the finite element model of the ladder frame by the APDL parameterized language.Then,this paper verifies the correctness of the model from two aspects.On the one hand,the tension value of the steel wire rope is compared with the simulated value.On the other hand,the stress experiment value is compared with the simulated value.According to the analysis results,the structure of the excessive stress position is optimized to reduce the maximum stress,so that the maximum stress dose not exceed the allowable stress of the material,and the results of the finite element analysis before and after optimization is compared,Finally,the anti overturning stability of three typical vehicle working conditions is checked by theoretical calculation and finite element analysis software ANSYS.The research content of this paper has a certain guiding effect on the structure design and production of ladder frame of the ladder truck,and provides theoretical basis for the production practice of enterprise designers,reduce the design cycle,and provide a reference design for the same type of the ladder truck.
