Research On The Co-opetition Of The Internal Ports Group Based On Hotelling Model

With the rapid development of the logistics industry and manufacturing industry,international and domestic trade cargo transport demand increases greatly,which greatly accelerates the development of the port industry.The trade greatly increased demand for the goods to the port industry brings not only opportunities but also challenges.A single port has been unable to meet the needs of trade and freight transportation.Therefore,in order to cope with the challenges brought by economic development,various ports began to form port groups characterized by geographical proximity,intense competition for goods and hinterland crossing.However,because of the lack of experience in the development of the port group management,the ports have appeared the phenomenon of vicious competition,blind expansion and investment with their own economic development as the center.Therefore,based on the port group as the research object,the article constructs the port group in coopetition game model based on the Hotelling game model,and in-depth study on the long-term evolution of the Port Group coopetition relationship from the perspective of evolutionary game theory,in order to form a competitive port group in good relationship to provide a theoretical basis and guidance.The specific contents are as follows:Firstly,the introduction mainly expounds the research background and significance of the article,and combs and summarizes the related research on port competition and cooperation at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content of the article according to the related research status and shortcomings.Then the theoretical basis of the article mainly introduces and explains the theory of port group,coopetition theory and the related theory of game theory and related concepts.Secondly,based on the analysis of factors of coopetition between port group,the article based on the classic Hotelling game model,considering the port service level,and increase the number of ports in the port,respectively,competition in the port group and partnership to build a Hotelling model of the port group in the competition and cooperation game model based on the analysis of the characteristics and rules ofcompetition and cooperation between the ports in the port.Thirdly,the Hotelling game model considering the service level of port factors based on the relationship between concurrence from port groups in the long-term evolution of development from the perspective of the construction of the evolutionary game model of Hotelling model based on the port group in concurrence,long-term evolution of each port in the cooperation and competition relationship rules are concluded.Finally,In Tianjin and Hebei Port Group as an example,analysis of Tianjin and Hebei Port Group Development Status and problems,and by using evolutionary game model for the simulation of Tianjin and Hebei Port Group competing relationship,evolution of Tianjin and Hebei Port Group coopetition relationship were summarized,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of Tianjin and Hebei Port group.
