In the medium and low voltage grid,the MYP cable which using in coal mine plays sig-nificant role in conveying electric energy to the power plant.The laying environment of col-liery is complex and many factors affecting the aging of insulation materials.It is found that after the cable is put into operation will be affected by factors such as electricity,thermal,me-chanical force and environmental factor to cause insulation aging.If neglect these issue,it will cause economic losses or even affect the safety of colliery.And with different types of cables have uncommon voltage ratings,working environments,and so on.Therefore,it is vital to an-alyze the insulation aging and predict life-time on specific types of cables.Firstly,analyze the structure of MYP cable,the actual use environment,and the causes of common failures.Secondly,using ANSYS software to simulate the cable through finite ele-ment method,comparative analysis of the temperature field and electric field of the MYP ca-ble during normal operation,aging of the main insulation,the presence of impurities inside the cable,and injure to the cable due to external forces,and provide some references for the de-termination of the state matrix in the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Besides,according to GB/T 11026,MT818 and the like standards,select three aging temperature points of 110?,130?,150? and perform accelerated thermal aging experiments and electricity performance test on two types of cables:laboratory humidification and non-humidification.Performance experi-ments,respectively,thermal aging experimental data and electrical performance experimental data were obtained.In the cable tension experiment,it is proposed to consider the outer sheath and the inner insulation separately,and the relationship between the elongation at break and the aging time was established,and the experimental data were subjected to variance calcula-tion and statistical test.The validity and reliability of the thermal life model based on the Ar-rhenius formula are verified.The life model of MYP model cable at 65?-95? outer sheath and inner insulation under humidified and non-humidified condition is obtained.Finally,AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and FCE(Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation)methods are used to judge multi-factor cables,and the cable aging factors are regarded as the multi-factor and mul-ti-criteria policymaking influence of complex hierarchical structure.In this study,the aging law of the MYP cable is studied,Aim at the evaluation of the life of inner insulation and outer sheath of this type of cable and the comprehensive analysis method based on AHP.
