Application Of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process To Life Estimation Of Reinforcing Concrete

Durability of concrete structure is related to rusty. It has been worldwide hotspots that concrete structure infrastructures are being rusted severely, and it's also a major reason to affect durability of structure. If we can't know and pay attention to latent jeopardous ness of stress destruction, it would have lot of disadvantageous to durability of concrete structure. The reduction of durability will cause severe structure destruction and great economic losses, so it's necessary to research the durability of concrete. It's also an issue of great actual significance and economic benefit.Through research on major reason of reinforcing concrete structure corrosion, this paper draw a conclusion that the two important reasons of reinforcing concrete structure corrosion are concrete carbonized and chloride ion permeability. The destruction of durability of reinforcing concrete structure, which is also said structure inefficiency, has a same discipline with other inefficiency process. But it also has some characteristics such as gradual change with time, multifamily factors and difficulty of measure precise, so there are many fuzzy features in concrete destruction.With mathematics means, vague mathematics research and resolve fuzzy phenomenon. Fuzziness is a trait of mankind thinking. Assessment is how man look upon surroundings. The essences of thinking determine its fuzziness. Thus vague mathematics has been widely used in systematic evaluation. Fuzzy synthetic evaluation is an embranchment of vague mathematics. It has a simple mathematic model and good effect on judgment of multiple-factor and multiple-level issue.The essence of analytic hierarchy process is a way of decision-making thinking. Through this means, we can decompose the complicated problem into each element, and sort elements into groups based on their domination relationship in order to form cascade structure, and then compare them pair wisely to definite relative importance of these elements. Finally, combining with man's determined; we can list in order of importance.With analytic hierarchy process, this paper has completed some works, as follows:⑴building hierarchical architecture model;⑵composing judgment matrix;⑶level simple sequence and its consistency check; ⑷hiberarchy population ordering⑸consistency check of hiberarchy population orderingAt last, the writer has completed fuzzy synthetic evaluation and the result was fit well to the value that checked and measured in locale.
