Research On The Economic Benefit Analysis Of Green Building Based On Life Cycle

At present,the global environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.It has become an important task for all countries in the world to develop sustainable development strategy.Under the situation of energy shortage and serious energy consumption in our country,the implementation of energy-efficient green building is the inevitable requirement of China's sustainable economic development.In order to promote the development of green building,promote green building market and acceptance,it is important to establish a complete evaluation system,but the industry for the evaluation of green building is still in economic benefit evaluation and research environmental evaluation index system,considering environmental benefits is very weak.This thesis first analyzes the concept and characteristics of green building,and then on the basis of the green building life cycle cost theory and externality theory,systematically studied the costs and benefits of green building,provide a theoretical basis for green building assessment on environmental benefits.On the basis of analyzing the environmental benefits of green building project,the environmental benefit calculation formula of green building energy saving technology and water-saving technology is deduced.The main research methods mainly focus on qualitative analysis,combined with AHP,to evaluate the case environmental benefits,the green building than ordinary construction to achieve greater environmental benefits,higher for people living and health promotion.At the same time,through the study of the future development of green building to provide theoretical advice to promote Quanzhou and other cities more green building market sustained and healthy development.Finally,the author tries to promote the healthy development of green building market,regulate the behavior of market subject and promote green technological innovation through the research of this paper.
