| With the development of city construction,a lot of old city areas have been unable to meet the demand for a better life,spatial structure and spatial form of the old town area of reconstruction and optimization.But in the reconstruction and optimization process,is lack of mature methods of guidance.Taking the Jiangpu street old town as an example,this paper discusses and summarizes the optimization methods of the old town space form,and carries out the optimization design of the spatial form.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign city spatial form and the old city renovation related theory and practice research,and summarizes the experience that can be learned from the optimization of the old town’s spatial form,constructs the framework of spatial form optimization of the old town,and from the functional space adjustment,visual space modeling,and cognitive space enhancement three aspects,concludes the spatial form of the old town factor optimization method.On this basis,combined with the existing problems of the Jiangpu street old town,three aspects are optimized from the demand adjustment of functional space,the rich portrayal of visual space and the continuity strengthening of cognitive space to optimize the design of the spatial form of old town.The spatial form optimization framework of the old town is mainly composed of functional space,visual space and cognitive space.To adjust function space from three aspects of land use function,ecological networks,transportation system;to enrich the visual space from three aspects of building height,urban skyline,space interface;to extend the cognitive space from three aspects of location,path and domain,which is suitable for the old town spatial form optimization method.This paper thinks that the Jiangpu street old town should be updated with the land function and construction of ecological network,improve traffic control system,building height,optimize the skyline,coordinate space,strengthen the sense of place,repair path identification,clear field property and other aspects,to further optimize and remold the spatial form. |
