| As an agricultural country,rural household energy consumption plays a significant role in the whole national energy system,which will have a great impact on the sustainable development and the construction of ecological civilization.In the early period,as the national energy plan did not pay much attention on the supply and demand of rural household energy,the energy consumption structure for domestic life in Chinese rural areas shows seriously irrationality,which needs to be improved.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the rural household energy consumption status in China through the combination of field research and theroetical research,to accumulate basic data for formulating measurements to optimize energy plans and improve energy development.Firstly,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey and a field visit on the household energy consumption status of the rural areas in Heilongjiang Province,analyzed the total energy consumption,per capital energy consumption and ratio of different energy consumption.Based on the survey result,this paper performed the energy consumption division method research,identified the definition and task of rural energy consumption division,developed the rural energy consumption division working process,stated the method and principle of rural energy consumption division,established the zoning index system.Through the theoretical research results,this paper zoned the total energy consumption,commercial energy consumption,clean energy consumption and biomass energy consumption of different regions from the perspectives of total,intensity and structure by applying cluster analysis method,and drew the spatial distribution map.Finally,by comparing the straw consumption,solar energy consumption,biogas consumption and commercial energy consumption with its relavent resource and economic level,the rationality of the energy consumption structure has been evaluated and suggestions to improve energy consumption has been provided.Based on the analysis of the Chinese rural household energy consumption status,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1)in general,the total Chinese rural houshold energy consumption shows a trend with high in the east and low in the west while the per capital energy consumption in the south is higher than that in the north;2)the ratio of commercial energy consumption in the north area and part of south area with high economic level,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Shanghai is over 80%;3)the consumption of clean energy in the middle area and part of the south area is higher than that in the other areas;4)and Heilongjiang has the highest biomass energy consumption,reaches to 18.1469 million tce,in contrast,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Shanghai have the lowest biomass energy consumption.Based on the comparison of energy resoure and its corresponding energy consumption,results show that: 1)straw resources are wasted seriously in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang;2)overall,solar energy consumption does not play an important role in most Chinese rural household energy cosumption except Hainan and Qinghai,where the solar energy consumption is relative high;3)Tibet,Qinghai and Inner Mongolia are lack of effective use of biogas resource;4)the amount of commercial energy consumption in Gansu,Shanxi,Shaanxi,Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,and Henan does not match the its economic development.The optimization of the rural area energy consumption structure requires the combination of “policy guidance,technical support,and economic promotion”.Strategies and polices for rational energy use should be implemented based on local conditions.Investment in the development of end products should be increased and a sound system including construction,operation and follow-up maintenance should be established,the cost for the clean energy use should be reduced to increase its market competitiveness in rural household energy consumption and realize the market-based self-development that does not rely on state subsidies. |
