For the large elevator,A application complex working conditions,high reliability,high security hydraulic power system is developed.A method of hydraulic pump and high pressure large volume hydraulic accumulator used in parallel programs is provided.According to the principle of calculation,simulation and testing the minimum the number of motor and hydraulic accumulator is determined,and the volume and weight of the equipment to the problem is reduced,and the water-glycol flow back fluid liquid tank and bubble defoaming problem is solved.After the scheme selecting and the hydraulic principle designing,the hydraulic circuit type,power type,standby mode,control mode and the hydraulic medium type of hydraulic system is determined.The parameters calculation,original selection,the design principle of hydraulic system.and the hydraulic principle drawing are completed.In the design of hydraulic power system,the key technologies such as the accurate determination of the volume of hydraulic accumulator and the return of large volume liquid tank are solved.the optimal matching between the total gas liquid volume of the hydraulic accumulator and the flow of the main hydraulic pump is achieved.By calculation,simulation and test of methodes,hydraulic accumulator is selected.According to the calculation results and the principle of hydraulic power system,building a 1:10 scale simulation model,test of main hydraulic pump and hydraulic accumulator unit at the same time work state.After the results again modify the simulation model,and finally determine the hydraulic principle.The structure design of the hydraulic power system is completed.According to the structure of the hydraulic power system characteristic of the large flow tank,hydraulic accumulator unit,high pressure pipeline components design,solve the large flow Water-glycol in the tank,mixed with a large number of air bubbles,eliminating internal tank pressure and other problems.Solve the problem of the installation height of the accumulator,high voltage problem flow line assembly adopts the design and test of non-standard combination to solve the pipeline seal type etc.The hydraulic power system is comprehensively tested.tank endurance test,hydraulic accumulator valve pressure test,flushing pump test,pressure test of hydraulic accumulator group,main hydraulic pump,valve,cooler pressure and valve open test are completed,the test results meet the indexes demand of elevator system.This study lays a foundation for future similar research. |
