In recent years,for the reason that deadly infectious diseasesoutbroke frequently and new pathogens appearedconstantly,the countries all over the world,including C hina,began toconstruct high-level biosafety laboratory.High-level biosafety laboratoryengaged in the highly pathogenic pathogenic microorganism testing and it is an important technology platform for scientific research.Also,it protects the laboratory staff against infection and ensure the external environment not to be polluted.This article discussed the detection method of high-level laboratory air tightness,and analyzedthe factors which affected the test results.In the paper,we research the test method of environmental safety performance of high-level laboratory,analyzed the experimental testing result of the particle counter overlapping error,deposition,diffusion loss error analysis,etc.By the pressure test and attenuation method,we can proof that air tightness high-level laboratory can meet the requirements of BSL in GB19489-2008-4 for laboratory index requirements.According to the properties of air permeability established equation of differential pressure attenuation calculation results of the mathematical model of the differential attenuation and laboratory testing results have good consistency,the established differentia l attenuation model can accurately evaluate the laboratory under the condition of different pressure difference of air leakage rate.The research results of laboratory air distribution and ventilation air conditioning automatic control system showed that the main draught fan and the standby draught fanswitched normally,in the process of the switch room may appear larger negative pressure for a short period of time(similar to the system startup),but there will be no positive pressure.Whenthe main draught fan was unable to work,the standby draught fanimmediately followed up safeguard system normal operation,the system switch machine are reversed.Verified,the BSL-3 and BSL-4 laboratory simulated pressure deviates from the set point range or equipment malfunction signal,all kinds of alarm function was normal.Through theoretical analysis and experimental test,we can see that using scanning leak detection method to detect the high level of laboratory safety is feasible,can achieve BSL-4 laboratory of environmental safety performance requirements of BSL-4and GB50591-2010 laboratory of environmental safety performance index requirements.
