Since the outbreak of SARS in 2003,there have been emerging severe infectious diseases,and the new severe infectious diseases are often accompanied by high fatality rate.With the emergence of the new virulent virus,numerous Chinese researchers are working on the front lines to control the spread of the disease and develop new vaccines to combat the epidemic.However,many experts and scholars in the research and development of vaccines and experiments due to the lack of biological safety laboratory protection ability and lead to infection.In order to further solve such problems,the state officially began to develop and build a high-level biosafety laboratory in 2004.The high level biosafety laboratory is the laboratory with the highest protection ability in the world at present,and it is also an important place to study severe virus and unknown virus.Moreover,the high level biosafety laboratory can not only give researchers the highest level of life support,but also protect the external environment the most.This paper mainly discusses the chemical shower system and the ventilation and air conditioning system in the high-level biosafety laboratory,and further strengthens the sealing and disinfection ability of the shower system through research and independent design.Further improve the function of the ventilation and air conditioning system.This study is based on the construction of a high-level biosafety laboratory at the Harbin veterinary research institute of the Chinese academy of agricultural sciences.We improved the chemical shower system by improving the leakproofness of the chemical shower box,the disinfection capacity of the chemical shower system and the liquid medicine system in the chemical shower.Overall improvement through new design ideas,careful architecture system,accurate on-site construction and complete process debugging.After the completion of the construction,according to various indicators,our chemical shower system is not only in line with the national laboratory biological safety general requirements(gb19489-2008),but also the main indicators have reached the international advanced level.Fundamentally solve the staff out of the core laboratory after the disinfection problem.The ventilation and air conditioning system of the laboratory was also studied.The main research contents in the ventilation and air conditioning system include the seamless switch between the main fan and the standby fan,and whether the airflow direction and negative pressure in the whole laboratory are stable when the main fan and the standby fan switch.The results show that the air flow direction,air flow rate and negative pressure of the core laboratory are all in normal standard during the seamless switch between the main fan and the standby fan.In addition,no matter it is a man-made fault or an unexpected situation,the overall alarm device and the fault location are displayed in a visual interface during the operation of the ventilation and air conditioning system,which is a huge improvement to the overall safety of the laboratory.
