The Research On Government Supervision Of Quanzhou Auto Repair Industry

As of April 2020,my country’s car ownership has reached 260 million,and private cars have gradually become an indispensable part of people’s work and life.In the process of vehicle maintenance,there is a large information asymmetry between vehicle owners and maintenance companies,and the assurance of vehicle maintenance quality directly affects vehicle technical safety.The current motor vehicle maintenance license is changed from an examination and approval system to a filing system,which greatly reduces the market access threshold for automotive maintenance companies,and lacks a sound exit mechanism,which leads to uneven quality of maintenance companies,so whether it is in the market environment or the social environment All have put forward new requirements and expectations for the government supervision of the automobile maintenance industry.This article first combs the existing supervision theory and the research on the market supervision of my country’s automobile maintenance industry,and then uses the supervision theory to analyze the government supervision of the automobile maintenance industry.Combining with the actual work,sort out the development status of the automobile maintenance industry in Quanzhou and the status of government supervision,including government supervision policies,regulatory agencies,regulatory processes,regulatory tools,and regulatory effectiveness.The study found that the main problems existing in the government supervision of the automobile maintenance industry in Quanzhou are the inadequate standardization of enterprise filing operations,the unscientific and reasonable planning of the maintenance market operation structure,and the failure of the supervision tools to exert expected effects.The main reasons for the above-mentioned problems are analyzed separately from the aspects of policy formulation,industry guidance,and supervision teams,which are related to imperfect policies and systems,lack of top-level design and industry guidance,and imperfect supervision methods.In the study of the theory of government supervision in public management,this article proposes optimization suggestions for improving the government supervision system,strengthening the top-level market design and industry guidance,and strengthening the management of online platforms from the macro,meso and micro levels.
