In recent years,due to the attention of the countries to the agricultural mechanization,the agricultural industrialization and the scale of operation have been greatly promoted,Has the moderate scale of collective farms,agricultural machinery profession of rapidly increasing,so the demand for high-power tractors growing,especially in the Heilongjiang Province,Xinjiang Province region of large state-owned farm.The country is carrying out plowing,subsoiling,rotary tillage and other tillage and tillage operation mode,which requires more than 200 horsepower of heavy tractor market is mainly based on foreign brands and expensive,while the domestic can produce the reliability is not high.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of deep tillage,super deep tillage and rotary tillage,it is of great significance to develop a tractor which can adapt to super heavy load tillage and high reliability.The frame is the main bearing structure of the tractor.It is a key part of the tractor,which is subjected to various dynamic random loads.At the same time,the stiffness and strength of the frame have great influence on the safe use and performance of the whole machine,so it is necessary to have good reliability in order to improve the bearing capacity of the structure and the competitiveness of the products.In this paper,the frame of LE2204 type full frame heavy tractor is taken as the research object.First,the frame structure is designed.Through the design parameters,put forward the frame design parameters and overall structure,use the material mechanics and theoretical mechanics of frame strength,stiffness and bending and other aspects of computational analysis and checking,provides a theoretical basis for the design of frame,and in the theoretical calculation,establish the frame model.Secondly,the traction analysis of the frame is carried out,and then the deformation of the frame under various loads is simulated by Ansys workbench finite element analysis software.Through the statics finite element analysis of the frame,the results of the frame strength and stiffness simulation analysis are obtained.The results show that the design of the front bracket of the frame is unreasonable,the structure should be improved,other locations meet the requirements of strength and rigidity,and the overall stress value of the frame is small,which provides a theoretical basis for lightweight design next stage.Thirdly,the frame is improved,lightweight design and modal analysis.The natural vibration frequency is obtained,which is compared with the working frequency of tractor engine and the gear engagement frequency of gearbox assembly,which provides a theoretical basis for vehicle dynamic characteristics.At last,the sample and prototype are made,and the performance test is carried out.The results show that the frame can meet the design requirements.
