The composite environmental test is more effective than the single factor environmental test to represent the actual flight environment effect.It can often stimulate the failure of the aircraft under the single environmental test method,which can effectively improve the quality and reliability of the aircraft.In the process of developing the aircraft,we will take into account the aircraft in the atmosphere under severe conditions will damage its structure.During the flight in the atmosphere,the outer wall of the aircraft and the atmosphere produce severe friction,resulting in a lot of heat.In the design process,it is desirable to control the temperature inside the aircraft better and to protect the electronic components and other items inside the aircraft.This paper analyzes the present situation of centrifugal environmental test and composite centrifugal environmental test domestic and foreign,and research the structural thermal test in centrifugal environment.The construction of the integrated centrifugal environment test platform is introduced in detail,including the related construction of the centrifuge mechanical system,the electrical system and the hardware and software used.It studies the key steps in the construction of the platform and the system design.It studies The structural thermal test method in the centrifugal environment,compared with the test on the ground environment,analyze similarities and differences.From the heating element,measuring thermocouple and other aspects to improve he relevant links of the structural thermal test in centrifugal environment.Analyze and solve the influence of centrifugal environment on measurement and control system.To research the control strategy of the structural thermal test in the centrifugal environment.Because the controlled object is under a changing centrifugal force field,combined with the interference and impact of the forced convection on the system,we need to improve the control strategy of the structure thermal test on the ground ensure that the control strategy in the centrifugal environment is more optimized,the control effect is improved and the error is smaller.Through construct the platform and the study of the test method & control strategy,we reached the original design requirements of the system.We can use the system to complete the structure thermal test of the aircraft in centrifugal environment.
