| Lie in the south of Shandong Province,Zaozhuang city faces a new economics circumstance,the core factor of the city’s development to an information society is the construction of a smart city which will integrate the existing resourses,exploit the information value,improve the administrative efficiency,enhance the city’s informatization management,strengthen the city’s comprehensive competitiveness.In this thesis,the project of Zaozhuang smart city is organized based on the theory of project management,including 3 parts: the organization of the project,the key factors and planning of the project,and the total solution and implementation steps.The target,the team,the investigation and the main points of the project are considered both in the preparation and organization of the project,thus to guarantee the quality of the project.During the planning of the project,the factors such as the time,quality,cost,target,key point,planning and implementation are all considered.As to the time management,the time plan is designed,the time limit is arranged,the time table is executed strictly to achieve the target.The result is monitored and compared with the quality standard that is designed in advance,the difference is analyzed to find the reason.During the execution,detailed plan is designed,clear target is set for each phase to ensure the final success of the project.The embodiment include 4 parts: the infrastructure,the data resource,e-government and smart service,short-term plan is designed for each year,the basic platform,the infrastructure,data resource,e-government,smart service and smart industry required by smart city will be developed gradually.The big data and cloud computing based city operation pattern is constructed,the modernization and delicacy management of the city is improved by data-drived applications,the smart city will be built in stages,The project activities will be organized according to the theory of project management,the time,quality,cost and target will be noticed all the time. |
