| Electronic vacuum regulator is one of the core parts of the automobile engine EGR(exhaust gas re-circulation)system.It can improve the Engine EGR rate of fine adjustment by adjusting the opening degree of vacuum output control EGR valve,to achieve the purpose of reducing nitrogen oxide emissions.In this paper,the electronic vacuum regulator that we study has some advantages such as rapid response,high accuracy,etc.And more and more people pay attention to it in the field of emission control.In this context,the research of standardization and versatility of the solenoid valve testing system has realistic significance.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of EGR system,and then analyzes the structure,the material and the working principle of the electronic vacuum regulator.At the same time,the article expounds the electronic vacuum regulatoretic valve of vacuum output characteristic and response characteristic and life characteristics.Finally,the article analyzes the main performance parameters of the electronic vacuum regulatoretic valve test method,and it compares the advantages and disadvantages of various options and its applicable scope.And in the end,I put up a comprehensive test program of the solenoid valve key performance parameters.Vacuum solenoid valve comprehensive performance test system can be divided into vacuum regulator module,signal acquisition and transmission control module control and data analysis module according to its structure.Among them,the vacuum regulator valve module provides stable vacuum gas source for the entire test system.Signal acquisition and control module designs drive power supply of the vacuum valve,the sensor data acquisition control circuit,and the communication protocol of sending and receiving data between PC and SCM.Data analysis module mainly discusses the processing of sensor data,analysis and storage of software design and implementation process.After electronic vacuum regulator comprehensive performance testing system of hardware and software finished,I do some simulation analysis about electromagnets and solenoid whole vacuum solenoid valve by using Ansoft Maxwell and AMESim software.Among them,in Ansoft Maxwell,electromagnet part use 3 d static magnetic field method to analysis the finite element of core part of the electromagnet.I get the magnetic induction intensity distribution diagram and draw 3 d curve among the electromagnetic iron core,coil inductance coefficient and air gap.Then,the paper provides the corresponding model according to the vacuum solenoid valves for the Electric-Magnetic-Mechanical-fluid module division.Based on this,I use advanced engineering modeling and simulation platform LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim model standard components included in the standard library,automotive electrical and pneumatic components library including a variety of solenoid valve system modeling,then I get dynamic and static performance curve of the vacuum valve under different driving conditions.Finally,this paper compares the test data and simulation data of vacuum solenoid valve,and compares the output characteristics of vacuum valve response and lifetime characteristics specially.The results showed that: the solenoid valve simulation data and actual test data fit in the key performance parameters.And it fits in expectations.At the same time,it also proves that the whole test system scheme is practical and reliable. |
