| Wuhan is located in the eastern part of Jianghan Plain,which is located in the central of China,around the Intersection of the Yangtze River and the Han River.Wuhan is commerce powerhouse in the Yangtze River region,even the inland of China since ancient times.It has convenient transportation,and also has a wealth of specialty,which greatly conducive to the development of commercial activities.The second half of the nineteenth century,The foreign invaders forced Qing government to set up more than ten ports including Hankou,,and established concession areas.In order to facilitate the plunder of capital,the invaders built a lot of financial architectures,most of which were western-style buildings located in Hankou concession district.As time goes on,Some financial buildings have been destroyed and some have been preserved.In recent years,with the development of Wuhan’s economy and the promotion of the image of the city,the society began to pay more attention to the modern financial architecture,and have done plenty work of restoration and the reconstruction.In the process of reuse,these retained financial architectures play different roles again.The thesis dedicate to investigating some representative restoration,reconstruction and reuse of the financial buildings in Wuhan concession at present,and trying to summarize experience and deficiency of the current practice via the evaluation and analysis.At the same time,we summarize the useful methods of remodeling and reuse of financial buildings by comparing the methods and experience of these current examples.Based on the literature search,the general survey and investigation of Wuhan concession financial buildings,the paper has conducted a thorough research on its development process,the architecture characteristic,the remodeling and reuse and management.First,the paper define historical periods of the development process of Wuhan modern financial architectures.And we study the development of the financial buildings and analysis the economy,military and political situation of each period.Second,based on the previous evaluation methods and researches,we choose the proper factors,and build the evaluation system of restoration,remodeling and reuse of modern financial buildings of Wuhan by using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and successful degree method.Third,based on the current situation of the restoration,remodeling and reuse of Wuhan financial architectures,we sort them into four different types: integral protection type,functional replacement type,internal reconstruction type and old and new fusion type.Using the evaluation system built in this paper,we analysis and evaluate each type,point out the advantages and the disadvantages.Finally,On the basis of analysis to the evaluation system,we separate the differences and discuss their advantages and disadvantages to the four kinds of reconstruction and reuse strategies through the two aspects of the success degree of the changing value factors and the success degree of reuse technique.We intend to provide a reference to other financial building reconstruction projects.The innovations of the thesis lie in: 1.Aiming to evaluate Wuhan modern financial buildings,we sifted through evaluation factors and established a system of scientific evaluation system.2.Overview the reconstruction and reuse strategies of modern financial buildings of Wuhan,and propose improved methods for the existing problems. |
