Half-screw pile is a new type of foundation,which is more environmentally friendly,more economic than the traditional ones.But demand higher performance of the equipment.Inthis thesis,excess reducer vibration,overweight transportation,frequent deformation of column hinge was analyzed,which is of great significance to improve and optimize the performance of the equipment system.The performance of commonly used reducers of the soil-squeezing pile drivers were comparatively analyzed,providing a theoretical basis of choice for the drive form and the transmission type.Quantitative analysis of different reducers were taken according to two kinds of pressurized models,which were simplified from actual construction conditions.Because of coupling interaction of shaft,bearing and gearbox,vibration coupling model of half-screw pile driver reducer was built.All the parameters were derived,for verifying the reliability of the model.Dynamic characteristics of independent reducer gearbox and reducer assembly was analyzed,in order to researching the mutual influence between each transmissions.Based on the results,structure and constraints optimization was made,improving dynamic characteristics and reducing vibration of the reducer in the actual working process.A multi-element collaborative modeling method is proposed for the metal structure of the pile machine,which could not only reflect its important characteristics,but also reasonably simplified,increasing computational efficiency and accuracy.Static analysis of half-screw pile driver metal structure was made according to the actual work load and different boundary conditions.Targeting the minimum quality,optimum design of the metal structure was made based on the theory of optimization.Additional constrains of dynamic were considered,in the hope of solving overweight transportationTime history curve of pressure/tension and torque could be drawn through the acquisition of construction site data.By setting reasonable time steps and adding appropriate constraints,transient dynamics analysis could be done,for coming to the conclusion of how the external changing load affect the tress response of driver column hinge.Which could help to prevent large deformation and Make reasonable construction plan.
