As the basic industry of the economic development,the shipping industry is facing the new situation in which the fossil energydecreases gradually,the transportation cost improves continually,and the regulation of environmental protection is increasingly stringent.Therefore,the application of clean energy in the ship has attracted more and more attention.At present,as one of the most development potential clean energy in the world,the solar photovoltaic technology has been tried to apply to all types of ships,from the small boats to the large marine cargo ships.Because the marine environment is much more complicated than the land environment,as the core component of the solar photovoltaic power generation systems,the operational reliability of the solar cell in the harsh marine environment has important influence on the development of the shipping photovoltaic power generation technology.Therefore,the research on the effect and mechanism of the environmental factors on the shipping solar cell output characteristics has very important theoretical significance and practical value.This thesis takesthe large ocean freight ship with solar cellsas the research object.According to the actual working conditions of affecting the reliability of shipping solar cell,the theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and experiment research have been investigated.Since the general mathematical model of the solar cell is difficult to be used to characterize the influence relation between the dynamic environment variables and the output characteristic,according to the MPPT algorithm and the external characteristic,two new battery models have been proposed,and the simulation models in the MATLAB/Simulink platform have been put up.Meanwhile,the test on the effect of the temperature to the output characteristics of the solar cell has been conducted,which shows the validity and the characteristics of the computing complexity,accuracy and speed of the model.Based on the characteristics of the actual working environment of the shipping solar cell,combined with the marine environment and the shipping environment,an environmental simulation test platform including the overall structure and the monitoring system has been set up,which is suitable for the relevant test of shipping solar cell.Based on the stimulation model and the test platform,the influential effect ofsalt mist,seawater and ship low-frequency vibration on the output characteristics of shipping solar cell were studied.The salt mist and the seawater mainly have impact on solar cell by changing the temperature and theillumination intensity,while the ship low-frequency vibration affects the output characteristics of the solar cell by changing the incident angle of sunshine and altering theillumination intensity.The experimental results show that the salt mist will weaken the output of solar cell.The seawater will promotefirst,andwhile the water is evaporated,the salt will weaken the output of solar cellseriously.While the low-frequency vibration is possible to lead to slight fluctuation on the output of solar cell,but the change value is in the acceptable level.
