With the continuous development of production technology,people are increasingly demanding the packaging quality and packaging efficiency of bottled products.As a new packaging material,buffer air bag has drawn more and more attention.However,this method is usually dominated by manual operation or semi-automation,with low production efficiency,high cost and labor intensity,so it is difficult to meet the demand of the market.To this end,this paper studies a buffer air bag automatic inflatable packaging machine,can overcome the above problems,with considerable market prospects and economic benefits.This topic focuses on the mechanical implementation system and control system of buffer air column bag automatic inflation packaging machine,mainly from the following aspects:1.According to the analysis of the requirements and functions of the automatic air-packing machine,the overall design of the air bag automatic air-packing packaging machine was proposed.Among them,the mechanical execution system and control system of the packaging machine are designed,including the packaging device design,the inflator design,the clamping device design,and the packaging device design.Finally,using Solidworks software to carry out three-dimensional modeling of each part and finite element analysis,the technical indicators meet the packaging requirements.2.For the designed solution,a set of control system based on PLC is designed in this paper.Hardware selection of control system and hardware platform are completed,and the software of control system is designed,including the design of the program software and the design of touch screen man-machine interface,to achieve the buffer air bag automatic inflatable packaging machine good control.3.The ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the mechanics and check the overall structure of the buffer air bag automatic air-packing packaging machine.The checking results showed that the stress and strain and total deformation cloud map analysis meet the design requirements;at the same time,the key components designed for the program,such as The circular turret performs modal analysis to obtain natural frequencies and critical speeds of each order,so as to effectively avoid resonance when the rotary table works;4.The dynamics analysis of each device in automatic inflatable packaging machine by using ADAMS software,the speed curve and acceleration curve is drawn,so as to prevent speed shock of work process.In summary,with the use and promotion of buffer air bag as an emerging packaging material,especially the current "Internet +,the popularity of e-commerce,online shopping has been integrated into people's lives,the vulnerability of vulnerable and fragile goods transportation safety,improve packaging efficiency and quickly meet people The needs of life,so the design of this topic has important practical value and application prospects?...
