The international automobile industry is currently achieving breakthroughs against the background of trend of new energy,network integration,and intelligent-making.In order to adapt to the new round of industrial innovation in the world,the National Industry and Information Technology Committee has formulated Made in China 2025 to promote the construction of a innovation network of manufacturing as an important strategic approach for industrial transformation and upgrading,creating a manufacturing powerhouse to lead the development of manufacturing industry across the countries.As the automotive industry in China needs major breakthroughs,the current urgent task is how to accurately grasp the opportunities and challenges brought by the manufacturing power,and make a breakthrough to improve the competitiveness of the automotive industry more efficiently.Being one of a pillar industries for Shanghai's economy,more than 10% of China's automobile production comes from Shanghai.Its annual gross industrial output value accounts for more than 1/6 of Shanghai's total industrial output value.Moreover,promoting new energy vehicles has become more important for Shanghai to realise its goal of a global city.Forefront,cumulative sales of its production have exceeded 130,000 vehicles.As an important part of urban economy,the automobile industry has many upstream and downstream related sub-sectors,and is more relevant and systematic than other manufacturing industries.At the same time,as a complex product,the automobile has a wider coverage of products.It is impossible to achieve a wholechain breakthrough in the automotive industry,so there might make certain breakthrough at limited areas.In the face of new historical opportunities and challenges,it is extremely stressing to improve the competitiveness of the Shanghai's automobile industry.With the just-started trend of intelligent network-linked vehicles,the current important research topic is how to continue to strengthen the basic advantages of Shanghai's auto industry which is liking with China's high-speed developing process.this is closely related to seize the commanding heights of future automobile development.On the basis of fully integrating the essence of various competitiveness theories,this paper attempts to establish a basic framework of the dynamic circulatory system for researching the regional automobile industry competitiveness.With the system structure and components of the regional automobile industry competitiveness formation and promotion theoretical model,considering the availability of data,it establish a comparatively scientific index system for measuring the automobile industry's competitiveness from the perspective of dynamic and static integration.Firstly,The influencal factors of industrial competitiveness are studied within the basic framework.From the five sub-systems,including environmental competitiveness,factor competitiveness,explicit competitiveness,efficiency competitiveness,and sustainable competitiveness,the principal method of component destruction is used to analyze Shanghai's automobile industry based on the related data of twenty provinces and cities in China,Which have relatively superior development advantages nationwide.The auyomoblie competitiveness of Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Chongqing has been partically analyzed as a detailed empirical.The content mainly includes the strength and weakness of five subsystems and the analysis of their differences,and futher refines the realities of each subsystem.The influencial factors of connotation;As for the analysis of the competitiveness of Shanghai's automobile industry,this articl focuses e not only on its final comprehensive score and ranking of Shanghai's auto industry competitiveness,but on the analysis of Shanghai's automobile industry's factors and their relative degree.Based on the comparison of the automobile industry of Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai and Chongqing through the research of the indicators of regional auto industry competitiveness,the advantages and disadvantages of Shanghai's automobile industry competitiveness are respectively identified.Finally,it provides certain practical suggestions for enhancing the competitiveness of Shanghai's autombile industry,aiming to realize the coordinated development of automobile industry competitiveness and regional economy.
