Because of its special nonlinear stiffness characteristics,the canted coil spring are widely used in mechanical seals,power connections and other fields.At present,there is no mature testing system to detect its mechanical properties.In order to meet the requirement of measuring the canted coil spring better,this paper uses the canted coil spring stiffness test platform as the carrier,and designs the integrated test software of the canted coil spring with LabVIEW as the software development platform.The main contents are as follows:At first,this paper introduces the characteristics of graphical programming and virtual instrument,introduces its current situation and development direction.On this basis,combined with the canted coil spring stiffness test rig,the overall structure design idea and software development process of the test system are mainly introduced.With modular thinking and good human-machine interaction as the precondition,the design and implementation of each sub module of the system are studied.At the same time,based on the network sharing variable of NI-PSP protocol,the interactive function of the needle for the mobile communication equipment and the test platform is developed,and the remote monitoring of the experiment process is completed.Secondly,this paper is a key to the analysis of the canted coil spring load module of the test bed,and briefly describes the structure and loading principle of the spring loaded system.On this basis,the load control scheme based on the servo drive position control mode is designed,and the servo loading system of the canted coil spring is studied and the corresponding mathematical model is established.On the basis of this theory by using the Matlab software of canted coil spring pressure closed loop system to accomplish the dynamic simulation of the LabVIEW software as a carrier for based on servo drive pressure closed loop control system for the development of position control mode,the corresponding interface design,realized the different load spectrum loading.Then the paper mainly analyzes the test system of the canted coil spring from the test system method of the test bed,the error analysis and synthesis of the virtual instrument,the error correction and so on.The system error transfer mode and the error constitution formula are deduced,and the cause of error is theoretically studied.The hardware structure of data acquisition,the core technology of the upper computer system development and the anti-interference measures of the system are analyzed emphatically,so as to ensure the accuracy.At last,the test system is used to test the different type of the canted coil spring,which proves the practicability,flexibility and reliability of the system.At the same time,the test cost is reduced,the efficiency of the test is improved and the test experiment of the canted coil spring is convenient.
