In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the application field of the canted coil spring in China,the performance requirements of the canted coil spring will become higher and higher.However,at present,the products of canted coil spring designed and manufactured by many domestic manufacturers generally have short service life and are prone to fatigue failure.The main reason for this phenomenon lies in the lack of factors affecting the fatigue of canted coil spring through experimental analysis.At present,there is no device which can be used for accelerating fatigue test of canted coil spring.To solve above problems,first of all,on the part of mechanical parts fatigue theory and the structure characteristics of the canted coil spring,performance parameters,the fatigue life and applications were studied after selecting rotating seal application of canted coil spring as test object,carried out the structure of canted coil spring accelerate fatigue test device design work.Through mechanical innovation design way of thinking,referring to the common fatigue test system of vibration loading mode,principle to design the function of the test apparatus,test apparatus can be broken up into eccentric loading part,adjustment part and driving part,respectively,analyze the structure design scheme of each part,determine the most reasonable design scheme.At the same time,combined with the various parameters of the tested object inclined coil spring,the overall structure design of the accelerated fatigue test device is finally completed.Secondly,in order to ensure accuracy of test to improve test efficiency,selecting the main structure of the test device of loading system as the research object,through dynamic balance theory knowledge first,analyze the main structure of the mathematical model of dynamic balance,the main structure balance required is obtained under different working conditions of balance block structure parameters,and then use the dynamic simulation analysis was carried out on the main structure of ADAMS software,further verify the counterweight before and after adding balance effect of main structure and the rationality of the design of device.Finally,ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct static analysis of the drive shaft and the slider shaft,and the analysis results were compared with theoretical calculation results to verify whether the structural strength of the drive shaft and the slider shaft met the requirements.Modal analysis is carried out on the supporting component and the driving shaft to avoid the resonance phenomenon during the operation of the fatigue test unit.
