The automated production line is an important symbol of modern industrial production tools.It is a mechatronic system integrating mechanical,electronic,sensor testing and network communications,and is also an important component of future intelligent manufacturing systems.At present,the domestic mobile phone LCD screen factory inspection is generally completed by manual inspection,which has the disadvantages of high cost,low efficiency,human factors,and easy to damage the human eye,which seriously affect the production cost and efficiency of the company.Designing a mobile phone liquid crystal screen defect automatic inspection line to replace the traditional manual quality inspection,featuring high efficiency,high precision and low cost,and improving product competitiveness.In this paper,according to the mobile equipment manufacturing company’s testing equipment space specifications and screen detection function requirements,formulate an automatic detection process to complete the mobile phone LCD screen defect detection automated assembly line device design,including the pipeline device mechanical design and motion control in two parts,Realize the automatic switching on and off of the LCD screen,automatic switching station and other functional requirements.The mechanical part of the assembly line design uses a multi-station rotary table.Among them,the rack design adopts a symmetrical structure,which is constructed with industrial aluminum profiles,and is easy to install and maintain.The rotating plate uses organic glass as the material to reduce the weight of the turntable and reduce the load inertia;the servo motor with higher precision is used as the power,together with planetary speed reduction The device is combined into an indirect drive type;the support structure uses a cross roller bearing,which has a simple structure and high positioning and rotation accuracy.Finally,static analysis and modal analysis of the key parts of the turntable structure are performed to demonstrate the feasibility of the design.The motion control part of the assembly line design uses PLC as the main controller.The functional requirements of the assembly line device are achieved by designing the hardware of the control unit such as the servo drive unit of the control system,the main controller and the signal transmission between the various stations,and designing the functional module software such as the automatic and manual operation of the liquid crystal screen detection process.Through software simulation and hardware debugging,the testing and optimization of the PLC control program were completed,and the positioning precision and parking stability of the multi-station rotary table module were tested.Test Results The mechanical design and motion control of the automatic detection pipeline device for liquid crystal screen flaws in the mobile phone described in this article meet the design requirements.
