On The Government Regulation In The Reform Of Electric Power Industry In Inner Mongolia

Because of its advantages of regional resources and its independent operation management model,as well as the support of the national policy,it is logical for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region electric power industry becoming a reform pilot of the power industry in China.With the reform of the market of China's electric power industry,Inner Mongolia electric power industry has also reaped good results,even taken the leading position of the power industry in China.However,how to continue to deepen the reform and make greater achievements is a subject worthy of in-depth discussion for Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region electric power management department.With many years ' working experience in the power industry and through the study of literature and works,the author in this paper focuses the research on the government regulation in the domestic electric power industry reform and analyzes the emergence,development and differentiation of the concept.The purpose of the research is to make recommendations for government regulation in the reform of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region electric power industry.After exploration on the general theory and the concept of Electricity reform and government regulation,review the government regulation in the Inner Mongolia electric power industry reform process and results.Through the empirical analysis of the Inner Mongolia electric power industry reform in government regulation,reveal the problems existing in the Inner Mongolia electric power industry reform,finally put forward advises: perfect the management system,encourage the diversified development of the power industry,steadily promote the reform of electricity sales,use of electricity price reform to promote reform of electric power,strengthen overall planning and scientific regulatory power,form a relatively independent power trading firms.
