In the era of low-carbon economy,low-carbon development and green transformation have become the topics of concern to all countries in the world.As the pillar industry of the national economy,the automobile industry has to face the pressure of transformation due to its characteristics of high energy consumption and high pollution while promoting the social and economic development of human beings.The new energy automotive industry as a new energy industry and high-tech industry,the assembly,on the one hand the use of unconventional energy,high energy efficiency,environmental hazards small;the other is a knowledge-based,technology-intensive industries,adjust the industrial structure,To promote industrial restructuring and upgrading is of great significance.At present,the research on the new energy automobile industry mainly focuses on the status quo of industrial development,policies,routes and legal regulations,and explores the spatial and spatial laws of the innovation activities of new energy automotive from the perspective of knowledge spillover.Therefore,based on game theory,knowledge spillover and social network theory,this dissertation studies the influencing factors of patents for new energy vehicles and the potential measure of patent pool formation through game analysis,metrological regression and network analysis.The Particularities of Innovation and Development of New Energy Vehicle Industry.This not only points the direction for the innovation and development of new energy automobile enterprises,but also has important practical significance for the innovation and upgrading of China's new energy automobile industry.First of all,the author reviews the domestic and foreign research on the new energy automotive industry and innovation network and finds that the existing research on the new energy automotive industry is limited to the status quo and policies,and the research on the establishment of a patent pool is seldom involved.Secondly,it establishes the theoretical basis which takes dynamic game,knowledge spillover and social network as the main body,and establishes the analytical framework for the full text.Then,this paper defines and analyzes the related concepts and characteristics of the NEV industry.From the multi-dimensional perspectives of the game pool,the influencing factors of patent citing and the social network of patent references,this paper analyzes the potentialities of setting up the patent pool in China's NEV industry Feasibility of Patent Pool for New Energy Vehicle Industry in China.In view of the modularized development characteristics of NEV industry,this paper studies the formation mechanism of the patent pool of vertically integrated industry chain-based enterprises and purely upstream R&D enterprises in this industry by game theory.A three-stage game model is established: In the first stage,the owner of the patent decides whether or not to form the patent pool.In the second stage,the enterprise predicts the response function of the industry output to the allowable rate according to the permitting way.In the third stage,the downstream manufacturer enters the market and determines the output of the final product Maximize its profits.According to the results of the game analysis,it is found that the vertically integratedenterprise of the new energy automotive industry and the pure upstream research and development enterprise form a patent pool.Therefore,both the vertically integrated enterprise and the pure upstream research and development enterprise should obtain more favorable profits.At the same time the formation of the patent pool will also enable the downstream market to increase the total output of products,lower prices.Knowledge and technological innovation are the keys to improving the core competitiveness of China's new energy vehicles.Patent references can also be regarded as a kind of knowledge spillover.The current impact of different factors on the knowledge spillover of the new energy automotive industry and the relationship between the two are still not clear.In view of this,this section selected a total of six dimensions of three dimensions,the use of panel poisson model,panel logit model and panel probit model of 26 listed new energy vehicles,the impact of enterprise knowledge spillover regression analysis.The study found that,in terms of spillover ability,the positive effect of R&D material input is greater than that of R&D human capital investment;in terms of absorptive capacity,the per capita wage level and the enterprise net profit index have a significant positive correlation;In contrast,technological similarities among firms tend to more often determine the level of knowledge spillover among new energy vehicle firms.This shows that the new energy automotive industry can choose the patent pool such a patent pool cross-regional,less affected by the geographical distance of market-oriented cooperation paradigm In terms of social network analysis,the leading domestic organizations that rank the top 38 patent applications in the field of new energy vehicles are selected as the research objects.Based on the number of patents,the main body of technological innovation,the technical field and the geographic distribution of patentees,the preliminary study reveals that China's new energy vehicles Patent development status,the use of social network analysis of the 2001-2016 China's new energy automotive patent cooperation network mechanism to measure the establishment of industrial patent pool potential,and further study of new energy automotive patent cooperation network structure and evolution trend.The research shows that the patent cooperation network of new energy vehicles in our country has the characteristics of larger overall network density,more and more close contact,agglomeration phenomenon,cohesion subgroups,diversified network members and patent citation structure.Combined with full text analysis,we can think that China's new energy automotive industry already has the necessary conditions to build a patent pool.
