With the acceleration of global economic integration and technological innovation,technological innovation has become a key link for enterprises to achieve sustainable development and improve global competitiveness.However,the strength of its scientific and technological competitiveness does not completely depend on the process of technological progress,but depends on those generic technologies with broad growth space and potential influence on the future development direction of technology.Industrial commonality technology and key core technologies are in severe shortage,and it is a problem in research and development of Chinese new energy automobile industry.It will accurately identify common technologies,promote more precise research and development investment,and promote technological innovation of new energy vehicles.However,the high quality industrial development is not only limited to the single approach of technology innovation,its impact has limited,only through the technology diffusion can stimulate the innovation vitality,improve the innovation ability,in the new energy automobile industry,the diffusion degree of common technology will affect the level of industrial development,but also affect the global competitiveness of our new energy automobile industry.Even play a decisive role.Therefore,how to effectively identify and trace the evolution track of these generic technologies,based on this,to explore the development direction and evolution characteristics of the new energy automobile industry’s generic technology diffusion is a major issue urgently needed to be solved in the field of technology innovation management.This paper focuses on the core issues of common technology identification and evolution in the field of technology management.Based on the patent data of new energy vehicles,this paper provides theoretical analysis ideas and tools for the management of new energy vehicle technology innovation based on the theoretical framework of common technology identification and diffusion evolution → common technology R&D status → common technology identification analysis →technology life cycle identification → common technology diffusion evolution analysis at each stage of evolution,with the overall goal of promoting the development of new energy vehicle industry technology innovation.Firstly,the study analyse the current situation of the technology research and development of the new energy vehicle industry,key components,vehicle manufacturing and other dimensions,and compare it with other countries,etc.The study analyse the bottlenecks,key constraints and current key research and development directions of the technology development of China’s new energy vehicle industry.Secondly,based on the characteristics of common technologies,the index system for common technology identification is selected as basic,central and core,etc.to accurately and objectively identify common technologies;finally,using the technology life cycle theory and relying on the Logistic model,the development stage of China’s new energy vehicles is accurately judged;through the overall network characteristics of the patent citation network and the K-core change characteristics for overall comparative analysis,exploring The direction of common technology evolution of new energy vehicles,on the basis of which,the direction and characteristics of common technology evolution of China’s new energy vehicle industry are explored in conjunction with the development changes of China’s new energy vehicle industry;the evolutionary characteristics of common technology diffusion in terms of stage segmentation,overall commonality and heterogeneity in different development periods are explored and summarized.In addition,based on the research results,this paper proposes that China’s new energy vehicle industry should grasp the golden period of development,break through the shortcomings of core common technologies,grasp the direction of evolution such as cross-border integration,and improve the efficiency of technology diffusion from the levels of development stage,common technologies and technology diffusion.
