The Development Of The Control And Management System Of The Stereo Warehouse Training Platform

Automated stereo warehouse is an integrated automation system integrating automation technology,machinery manufacturing,computer,communication and human engineering.It is a typical mechatronics product.This paper studies the control and management system of an automated stereo warehouse training platform as automation,electromechanical integration professional training program of undergraduate course teaching.,to cultivate students' ability to practice and solve complex engineering problems.,to meet the requirements of engineering education professional certification.The control and management system of the three-stereo warehouse training platform mainly completes the following three aspects.(1)The upgrading of control system of the stereo warehouse training platform.We upgraded the stereo warehouse training platform controller from Siemens s7-200 to s7-1200 PLC,designed the electrical control box,and completed the design of the stacking machine program and the development of the monitoring system on the TIA Portal.(2)The design and development of warehouse information management system.The warehouse information management function based on B/S architecture and ASP technology is realized by designing the database and management interface of warehouse keeper and product information.(3)The management of the Position optimization.Through the optimization objective and optimization model,the multi-objective genetic algorithm based on weight and multi-objective is adopted to carry out Matlab simulation to realize the optimization management of the position.After debugging,the monitoring system has realized the control of the lower computer monitoring and warehouse operation.The warehouse information management system has realized the management of the information of warehouse keeper and product;Multi-objective genetic algorithm has realized the optimal management of the position.Finally,a complete set of stereo warehouse control and management system is formed to build a practical open warehouse training platform.
