With the rapid development of the national economy today,the construction industry,especially the high-rise building industry,has achieved considerable development.Tower cranes(referred to as tower cranes)are the most important transportation machinery in construction,and their application range is more and more extensive.At the same time,tower cranes as a high-altitude operation equipment contain high risk factors in their operation.If it cannot be effectively monitored,once an accident occurs,it will bring huge losses to the society and the people.Therefore,it is of great significance to the collection and real-time monitoring of tower crane condition data.Firstly,introduced the ZigBee technology,the architecture of the protocol stack and the topology type of the network.Through comparison with several other types of protocols and combining with the working characteristics of the tower crane,the advantage of using ZigBee technology was pointed out.For the electromagnetic interference of WiFi to ZigBee network,the characteristics of the channel distribution are studied.Based on the traditional CSMA/CA,a multi-channel interference avoidance scheme is proposed: when the network is interfered,it will preferentially select the channel that has the least impact on the WiFi channel distribution,and let the ZigBee node find the available channel more efficiently.Simulation experiments show that when the system is facing interference,the system can quickly convert the channel,which can effectively reduce the impact of interference.Based on the data acquisition requirements of the tower crane,the overall design of the system is given.The hardware design includes the circuit design of the data collection terminal with the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core,including the selection of sensors such as temperature,wind speed,altitude,and weight;The STM32F103 chip produced by STMicroelectronics is used as the host controller's monitoring terminal circuit design,including UART serial port circuit,synchronous clock circuit,and alarm circuit.The software mainlyintroduces the ZigBee development environment,protocol stack migration,coordinator,acquisition nodes,data transceiver,and monitoring software design.Finally,the system function is debugged and verified.The test results show that the system can perform multi-node and multi-parameter signal acquisition,timely and accurate data processing,friendly monitoring interface,and stable and reliable performance to achieve the desired goals.
