The construction of health facilities is material basis to protect the health of life of urban residents, it?s important to Convenient to see a doctor, to improve the level of health service, to promote the the integration of urban and rural areas, to set up the harmonious society. With the rapid development of economy and society, the problem as "difficult and expensive to see a doctor ", was becoming a social problem. The medical system was reformed, New urbanization development ideas were put forward, the equalization of public services was widely promoted, medical and health industry usher in the opportunity of development.Based on the health facilities as the research object, the material planning and construction of health facilities are developed collaboratly and networkly, in order to solve the problems and reflect the people-oriented. Firstly, combing the present situation of research and current problems, health facilities need to be people-oriented, quantitative analysis, collaborative development, Current problems include shortage, uneven distribution and low service efficiency. At the same time, the traditional planning method fails to effectively solve the problem of construction, and can?t conform to the need of health facilities. Therefore, this paper used social network analysis to solve problems, with comprehensive reference of interdisciplinary study of the science of human settlements, urban planning and sociology theory, the introduction of social network analysis. Then, social network models are built with social network analysis, based on cooperation relationship. And through three aspects of analysis of "whole-local-individual", the characteristics and problems of the network of health facilities are summarized as that, the whole level analyzes completeness, stability and hierarchical, local level analyzes the subgroup structure characteristics, the individual level analyzes the role of the key health facilities. Finally, suggestions to optimize the network structure of health facilities and material planning strategies are puting forward, promoting the health facilities to develope a perfecting system, a equalization of the layout, at the same time to promote medical service collaboration development, to meet the medical needs of residents.The main conclusions are the social network model of health facilities to build, and puting forward the views of optimization of the whole network, local area network and individual facilities, and guiding the medical and health facilities construction system, spatial layout and location etc..The innovation consists of three aspects:1) social network analysis is used to quantification analyze, breaking through the traditional planning methods; 2) Integrating needs of the residents, the content achieves the transformation of the people-oriented planning of health facilities; 3)finally, the conclusion puts forward concrete strategies of health facilities planning, to provide new ideas for the planning and construction of health facilities.
