Research On The Characteristics-building Of Sichuan Bazhong Nanjiang County Based On Resource Evaluation

With the cultural convergence in the context of globalization,the local culture is eroded by foreign cultures.On the one hand,the historical and cultural carriers such as the old city layout,traditional neighborhoods,and historical sites have been seriously damaged and destroyed;on the other hand,urban construction pursues economic benefits and rapid development,ignoring the surrounding natural and ecological balance and blindly carrying out the disorderly construction such as imitation and “clone”,resulting in more and more cities have become “thousands of cities and one side” and more and more city features are missing.With the deterioration of city features missing,the government held many meetings to emphasize the importance of creating and highlighting cities’ features during the urban construction,and put forward relevant control requirements for urban construction,in view of more and more citizens realizing the problem of city features missing.Many domestic and foreign experts have carried out in-depth research on how to protect and create the city features,ranging from elements of city features,protection of historic blocks,ecological balance and so on.Under these circumstances,this article starts from the practical problems in Nanjiang County,Bazhong City,Sichuan Province,aimed at creating an evaluation system,realizing city features by recognizing urban special resources and clarifying the advantages and disadvantages of special resources in different cities,guide urban construction to create city features.This article is divided into five major parts.The main contents are as follows:In the first part(Chapter 1),the introduction part,including proposes the concept definition,research methods,research purpose and significance,and research frame.The second part(chapter 2),starting from the status quo of Nanjiang County,analyzes the urban features of Nanjiang County,and puts forward the contradiction and problems in natural,cultural and spatial aspects during the urban construction of Nanjiang County,such as the unclear pattern of urban construction,annihilation of images,and lack of quality.The third part(chaps.3 and 4),based on the plight of Nanjiang County’s feature-building,analyzes the methods and concepts of creating city features in domestic and foreign cities,the evaluation system of urban features and the practice of creating urban features.It also proposes the necessity of creating city features by citing the methods based on resource evaluation.And combined with the existing relevant evaluation systems,using of fuzzy evaluation methods,put forward the Nanjiang County Urban Resource Evaluation System.The fourth part(chapter 5 and chapter 6)investigates and evaluates the resources of Nanjiang County.Based on the results of evaluating Nanjiang County’s resources,construct Nanjiang County following the system“ build the overall structure of urban features-guide the city space-control the features of urban space."The city’s feature-building method system and different types of special resources have been proposed for different shaping strategies to solve the problem of missing urban features in Nanjiang County.Part Ⅴ(Chapter 7)proposes the conclusions and limitations of this research.
